The room had a strong unpleasant odor.

Would stay there again, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and location in a good area was great and easy. The room was reasonably large with a mini refrigerator as well as microwave and safety measures included safe. The staff was exceptionally nice and very pleasant, providing a great service.

Though everything was great, some of the staff were not particularly helpful.

King size bed very comfortable and clean.

Carpet in halls very dirty. Since checkout time was 10a.m. we expected the breakfast/o.j./waffle's/cereal to be available till then. We checked out at 9:30 and all was put up. Did like the look of a small fridge with a coffee pot just sitting on top of it, instead of being in a cabinet. Nothing major wrong, just not as modern looking in room as expected.

The room was spacious and really clean. I did encounter some issues like the strong odor of humidity and the breakfast options could have been better. Still, the proximity to dining and the nice staff made up for it.

It was clean.

Their breakfast sucked!!!! The pool,weight room and the sauna was closed. Was told it's been closed for a while now.

Easy access off of the interstate

The day shift desk clerk was very rude , unfriendly , felt like we were bothering her. Every time you rolled over in the bed you were poked with a spring from the mattress.

The room was really spacious and the bed was comfortable, totally what we needed after a long day. They had waffles and microwavable sandwiches for breakfast, a nice surprise for a simple continental setup!

It wasn't cheap, but it was still acceptable.

Bed was very comfortable and room was large.

Would have liked more breakfast choices, especially more hot food choices.

The family thoroughly enjoyed our time at Brean Leisure Park, where the kids loved the tropical bird garden. The room was spacious and convenient for our needs, especially with two babies.

In my wife's opinion, they should add more family-friendly breakfast options.

The room size was wonderful.I am glad I decided to stay there..it was clean the staff was nice..didn't eat breakfast due to team breakfast somewhere else.but I slept good and would stay there again.

The connecting door..in the room..but that is like really ok.but if I had to say that was it..

The staff was friendly and accommodating of our early check in and late check out needs. They made certain we had enough linens to bathe and ready 7 small children for a wedding. The staff was polite and the rooms clean and large. Excellent value.

The breakfast was not all that exciting. We ended up at McDondald's.

Our experience was quite disappointing. The room had a musty odor due to a leaking A/C, which left the carpet damp and uncomfortable. The breakfast options were very limited, with just a few basic items available. It seemed like the amenities did not meet our expectations, causing a frustrating experience overall.

Amazing hotel in a favourable location to the festival, the services were great. I stayed in the room that was updated and clean and available with microwave, large comfy beds.
